Promoter
This competition is run by Behavioural Sleep Solutions.

Prize
One winner will receive a 1:1 Personalised Sleep Support Plan, including:

• A 2-hour in-depth sleep assessment
• A personalised sleep support plan
• A 1-hour review session

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

The prize is suitable for children aged 12 months to 8 years.

Behavioural Sleep Solutions reserves the right to decline the prize if it is not clinically appropriate.

Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must complete the online competition form and provide a valid email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

Closing Date
Entries close at 11:59pm on 30 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email on 1 May 2026.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Behavioural Sleep Solutions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner’s details will remain confidential and will not be publicly announced.

Competition Changes
Behavioural Sleep Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
