Infant Sleep Foundations

1 hour

This session is designed to support parents of infants by building a clear understanding of sleep development and healthy foundations in the first year of life.

The focus is on education, reassurance, and realistic guidance. Support is grounded in behavioural science and early development, with consideration of feeding, routines, and family context.

Includes:

  • Understanding typical infant sleep patterns and development

  • Guidance on creating age appropriate routines

  • Support with sleep environment and daily structure

  • Practical strategies that support rest and regulation

  • Time to ask questions and discuss individual concerns

Please note that specific sleep interventions for infants under 12 months are outside the scope of qualified practice.

Personalised Sleep Support Plan

2 hour initial interview and assessment + 1 hour plan review

This service provides an in depth and individualised assessment of your child’s sleep, followed by a tailored sleep support plan.

It is suited to families who would benefit from clear guidance and a structured plan, without ongoing weekly support.

Includes:

  • Two hour initial assessment and interview to explore sleep patterns, routines, environment, and family context

  • A personalised sleep support plan tailored to your child and family

  • One hour review session to go through the plan in detail, answer questions, and support confident implementation

Comprehensive Sleep Support Programme

2 hour initial interview and assessment + 1 hour plan review + Ongoing support over 6 weeks

This programme offers the highest level of support and is designed for families who would benefit from structured guidance over time.

It combines detailed assessment, personalised planning, and ongoing professional support as changes are introduced and embedded.

Includes:

  • Two hour initial assessment and interview to develop a thorough understanding of your child’s sleep and individual needs

  • A detailed and personalised sleep support plan

  • One hour review session to discuss and refine the plan

  • Weekly 15 minute follow up calls for six weeks to review progress, problem solve challenges, and adjust strategies as needed

  • Messaging and email support throughout the programme
